Tekkon Kinkreet

The Japanese animation movie is faithful to the comic book and the storyline is basically the same. It's the first time an American director has ever gone and directed an entire piece of animation in Japan, at the studio.

"Tekkon Kinkreet" Review:
The Japanese animation movie is beautifully detailed and composed and editing in the action scenes is spectacular, with breathtaking characterization and striking visuals. The dynamic story deals with brotherhood, friendship, loss, insanity, the inexplicable, differing visions, and overall fighting for what you love and believe in. Tekkon Kinkreet is a deeply resonant Japanese animation movie with a heart.
